Schedule your appointment with My Account
Log into My Account at best020.com/MyAccount:
- Select Services, Services Overview, then Gas Appliances Check
- Click on Schedule Appointment
- Select the gas appliances you'd like checked and the number you have of each
- Choose your appointment date and time slot
- That's it. Your request is scheduled.

Log into the mobile app:
- Tap More
- From Services, scroll to Gas Appliances Check
- Tap the Appliance(s) needed
- Click Next to schedule and select appointment time.
